| Abstract: | This paper discusses the two approaches of English teaching: knowledge approach and culture approach, interprets different thinking patterns caused by different cultures and their influences on language teaching, analyses the limit of knowledge approach to the English teaching, and stresses the importance of culture approach into English teaching. |
