现代采购管理活动，已远超出了传统采购模式下为保证企业生产而进行的简单的物料买卖活动的管理．如何以供应链管理思想对采购管理各方面工作进行整合，使采购管理成为提高供应链整体竞争力、培育企业核心竞争优势、提升企业价值的战略性管理手段，是当今企业管理者必须考虑的问题．有鉴于此，作者结合供应链管理理论，就现代采购管理做一简单的探讨，以求在企业管理实践中加以应用．

A Study in Purchase Management System Based on Supply Chain

Modern purchase management is quite different from the simple buying activities in traditional purchase mode, which only ensure the production of an enterprise. Nowadays it is core task for managers to reorganize purchase management activities based on supply chain theory, so as to promote the competitiveness and improve the enterprise management. This paper discusses the modem purchase management with supply chain theory, which can be applied in enterprise management.
