秦汉时代之羌族道德生活

摘    要:羌族分离和分立其部落的风尚在促使其支系繁多、分布广泛的同时,也使其道德生活表现为以崇尚“豪强”为特色的功利主义和“窝里斗”。在政治权力继承方面,受汉族影响,嫡长子世袭已成为新的道德规范;在婚姻道德方面,婚前性自由、一夫一妻制、多妻和转房现象具有道德合法性。对父母孝敬的道德情感强烈地表现于葬俗之中。恶劣的自然和社会环境使他们养成了勇敢顽强、反抗压迫和剥削、报答仁政的道德品质。

Abstract:Thepractice of disintegrating their tribe not only made Qiang nationalityhave many branches distributed widely,but also promote their moral life manifestedas utilitarianism with characteristics of advocating "the rich and powerful"and of "internal conflict".As to inheriting political power,under theaffecting of Han,the hereditarysystem of wife's eldest son hadbecome a new moral norm.In the aspects of marriage morals,premarital sex act,monogamy,polygamy,and thephenomenon of adopting wives from one's father or brothers areof morality.Thefilial pietywas stronglyexpressed in their grieving over their parents'death.Theharsh realitycultivated them the moralcharacter of braveness,of tenaciousness,of resisting oppressionand exploitation,and of recompensing the policy of benevolence.
