| 摘 要： | 全球性医疗体制改革方兴未艾。改革原因主要是医疗保险费用增长过快、信息不对称引起公众满意度差、制度运行效率差以及政治和经济体制的变化。改革内容包括结构性和制度性两类。文章的最后,分析了国际医疗体制改革对我国的启示。

| Abstract: | The reform of medical system is in the ascendant around the globe,and the main reasons are the sharp increase of the expense of medical insurance,the public dissatisfaction caused by asymmetric information,the inefficiency of the institution and the changes of political and economic systems.There are structural and institutional reforms.And at the end of this article,the author analyses the inspiration of international medical system reform to China. |
