| 摘 要： | 当前有8种社会因素影响着高校思想政治教育的实效.这8种社会因素是:来势迅猛的全球化浪潮、相对薄弱的综合国力、比较严重的执政不作为、过度追求的政绩工程、持续严重的腐败现象、集中爆发的社会问题、日趋功利的市场经济生活和内容庸俗化的大众媒介.改进高校思想政治教育必须具备系统思想和整合思维.

| Abstract: | Presently, eight social factors are affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in HEIs. These social factors include: the swift and violent wave of globalization, relatively weak overall national force , bad conduct in government administration, the "vanity projects that waste both money and manpower, serious continued corruption, mass arising social problems , the life of market e-conomy featuring fame and wealth, and the mass media that are interested in vulgar content . |
