| 摘 要： | 人民陪审员制度是人民群众直接参与国家管理、发扬社会主义民主的重要体现 ,也是加强审判监督、彰显司法价值的重要途径。伴随司法改革的不断深入 ,人民陪审员制度在立法和实践中均有不尽人意之处 ,难以有效发挥作用。因此 ,应当坚持人民陪审员制度并不断加以完善

| Abstract: | The jury system is both the important embodiment of participating directly state management and keeping up the socialist democracy by the masses and the major ways to strengthen the judicial supervision,and making clear the judicial value.In the making law and practice,the jury system is hard to bring its functions into effective play.For this reason,the jury system should be constantly adhered to and perfected. |
