| 摘 要： | 学生社团是学校校园文化的重要载体，是高校第二课堂不可或缺的组成部分，是学生培养兴趣爱好，扩大求知领域，陶冶思想情操的广阔舞台。在新时期进一步加强和改进学生社团工作，积极引导青年学生参与健康上的社团活动，是关系到培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的大事。但目前学生社团工作也存在一些问题，需要以科学发展观为指导，坚持以人为本理念，分析问题、研究问题、解决问题。
