WTO语境下中国秘书角色的重新定位

中国加入WTO,无疑给秘书人员与秘书工作带来极大的压力与挑战,如何尽快进行秘书角色的重新定位,已成为秘书界关注的焦点之一。我国秘书人员的传统角色定位,已远不适应新形势的要求,剖析WTO语境下我国秘书角色的种种不适应症,从观念、知识储备、工作职能以及工作方式等方面提出相应的对策,已成为秘书界必须面对的课题。

Repositioning of Chinese Secretaries under WTO

Most of Chinese secretaries are faced with challenge and antidote while China becomes one member of WTO.Many secretaries put much pressure on themselves and their work.Many secretaries focus on the way to adapt to the new circumstance.This paper teaches future secretaries every aspect of the secretarial management:how to define problems,analyze them,identify alternativs in a clear and logical fashion.Moreover,it studies some antidotes for secretaries in the different aspect:the sense, knowledge and function.
