| 摘 要： | 建筑事故的发生,既有技术层面上的原因,也有管理层面上的问题,构成建筑事故应具备四个条件:客体、客观方面、主体、主观方面。通过对建筑事故成因及构成要件的分析与研究,为我们对建筑事故的认定与法律处理提供一个前提条件。

| Abstract: | For the happening of architectural accident,there are both reasons of technical level and problems of managerial level.There are four basic factors for the constitution of architectural accident: object,objective aspect,subject,subjective aspect.Based on the analysis and study of the causes and constitutive elements of architectural accident,this paper presents a prerequisite for the identification and legal settlement of architectural accident. |
