| 摘 要： | 电影《第一书记》中的主人公形象沈浩，是不同于同类电影题材所赞颂的高、大、空类型的公仆形象，以崭新的时代风貌与文化气息，真实地呈现在观众面前，赢得大众的极度赞赏。电影以真实、动人的情节塑造了一位具有浓郁文化特色的人民干部形象：是怀才不遇文人的代表；是事业与家庭夹缝中的奋斗者；是现代化进程中的实践者；是人际关系的极致运用者；优越物质生活的拥有者。
