北京中心城区不同社会阶层混合居住利弊评价——对北太平庄和北新桥两个街道辖区的调查

北京中心城区各个街道内不同阶层居民混合居住程度不同。本文选择了两个存在差异的街道辖区,通过问卷及访谈,调查了居民之间的工具性联系和情感性联系,并依照这些调查资料,评估了在街道一级空间范围内不同社会阶层混合居住的利弊。研究结果显示,社会中下阶层更受益于混合居住,但相对匀质的街道在社会互动方面更具有优势。本文提出两项建议:第一,在街道范围内宜大混居,小聚居。第二,应加强混合居住街道不同阶层居民的社会互动。

Assessment of Social-Mixed Housing in Beijing Central City: Survey of Beitaipingzhuang and Beixinqiao Subdistricts

Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper assesses the advantages and disadvantages of two subdistricts of different social-mixed degree in Beijing central city from instrumental and emotional links between the residents' social behavior.It concludes that,in these two subdistrcts,lower-middle class benefits more from social-mixed housing and social-mixed subdistrict doesn't have more advantages than the relative homogeneous subdistrict in term of social interaction.The advantages and disadvantages of...
