| 摘 要： | 本文通过对北京水果蔬菜流通渠道与消费选择的调研,了解北京水果蔬菜市场发展的基本情况、居民购买力和消费习惯,以及制约北京水果蔬菜市场发展的因素。经过分析发现北京水果蔬菜市场的发展受到诸多方面的影响,而由于销售渠道不畅导致水果蔬菜农户无法增收的影响尤甚,针对于此,提出提高北京市郊区农民收入、稳定市场的发展对策。
