专门知识的指向与企业组织结构的选择

摘    要:组织的决策效率取决于决策权和知识之间的匹配程度。由于专门知识是独特的、难以模仿的,因此它往往成为企业竞争优势的来源。企业要获得动态的竞争优势,专门知识的有效利用与创新增长就成为组织设计要考虑的两个重要方面。当今企业组织知识分布重心下移,知识型员工拥有的专门知识转移成本很大甚至不可能转移,因此企业需要选择扁平式分权化的组织架构,使得知识与决策权相匹配。

Abstract:Decision efficiency of an organization depends on the match degree between knowledge and decision power.Special knowledge usually serves as the source of competitive advantage for it is unique and difficult to imitate.Effective utilization and innovative increases of special knowledge are two important aspects that must be taken into consideration in organization design,nevertheless,they are often neglected by the current organization theory.Nowadays,the center of knowledge distribution is shifted downward in organizations,while it costs much to transfer the special knowledge possessed by those knowledge-based staff,and sometimes such kind of transfer is rendered impossible.Accordingly,enterprises need to adopt an organization framework of flat decentralization by means of which knowledge is matched with decision power.
