| Abstract: | In the course of self-tender of the university construction project there are some problems such as the limitation of tender announcement,the intelligence examination to become a mere formality,tender document being not standard,evaluation of tenders being not scientific,therefore we should improve in several aspects of the ideological understanding,supervision and management,rules and regulations in order to achieve the tender open,fair and impartial. |
