| 摘 要： | 正确解决经济利益机制与道德约束机制的关系 ，即经济人与道德人的关系问题，对我国正在建设的现代市场经济有着重要的理论价值。本 文通过探讨经济人与道德人的基本内涵及其分裂与统一的辨证关系，总结其对现代市场经济 的逻辑启示：坚持“经济人”导向并加强制度建设。

| Abstract: | It is of great theoretical significance to our modern market economy under construction to establish a proper relation between the sy stem economic interest and the system of moral restraining, that is, the relatio n between economic man and moral man. By probing into the connotations of econom ic man and moral man, and the dialectical relation between them, this paper sums up their logical implications to the modern market economy: to follow the "eco nomic man" orientation and to strengthen construction of the system. |
