| 摘 要： | 通过对“福建省千名大学毕业生就业问题的调查”,归纳了大学生职业价值观的现状特征 ,分析了大学生职业价值观的成因 ,提出社会、学校、家庭三者相结合 ,加强对大学生职业价值引导的对策。
