| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的迅猛发展,外语教师的教学角色面临着新的挑战。对高职院校外语教师角色的现状和特征进行剖析,并就其角色定位展开探讨,指出高职外语教师需超越其传统的角色,在教学中担任起促进者、引导者、研究者和学习者的角色,才能成为创造型、反思型和专家型的教师。
