| 摘 要： | 随着国有商业银行股份制改革的实施 ,国有商业银行公司治理和全面风险管理问题也成为理论界和银行业界关注的热点。本文在分析了国有商业银行进行股份制改革的公司治理与全面风险管理的关系之基础上 ,提出了适合我国国情的国有商业银行股份制改革的公司治理与全面风险管理协同发展对策。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of transforming state commercial banks into the joint stock system, potential problems in their corporate governance and enterprise-wide risk management have caused common concern in the theoretical and banking circles. Based on an analysis of the relationship between corporate governance and enterprise-wide risk management of state commercial banks, this article puts forward some countermeasures which are practicable in an environment like that in China to improve the coordinated development of corporate governance and enterprise-wide risk management. |
