| Abstract: | On theory,agglomeration is the very development model dovetailing the features of software industry.In practice it is the core of development model for countries who have developed software industry successfully.Thus,the development of Xi’an software industry should be based on the agglomeration of software industry and the government should pay more attention to making outside environment. |
