| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,是基于对我国社会主义初级阶段基本国情和现代化建设实际的深刻分析提出来的。进入新世纪,我国经济发展处在一个重要的战略起飞点,社会主义民主政治稳步推进,公民素质和精神文明程度提高,可持续发展意识和能力不断增强,这充分表明,全面建设小康社会的时机已经成熟。

| Abstract: | The grand goal of the all-round construction of a Xiao Kang society takes shape based on China's basic national situation of the initial stage of socialism and profound analysis of the reality of modernization construction. With China's entering into the new century,its economy is at a critical and strategic starting point.China has seen steady progress in socialist democracy, improvement in civil quality and spiritual civilization,and gradual increase in awareness and capacity of sustainable development. All indicates that the time is ripe for the all-round construction of a Xiao Kang society. |
