农村金融发展滞后的成因分析及对策

三农问题始终是困扰我国经济持续、快速和健康发展的主要瓶颈，这与我国农村金融体系建设体系滞后和农村金融服务能力不强分不开。虽然政府一直致力于增加农村金融供给，主要是通过低利率和利息补贴政策及以项目为主、把信贷支持与项目实施结合起来的措施来缓解农村金融市场的供需矛盾，但效果并不理想，未能最终形成农村金融的可持续发展机制。本文从农村金融的现实需求的现状入手进行分析，探讨农村金融发展对策。
