| 摘 要： | 通过对高职院校教风建设现状的调查，从高职教师职业倾向、师德师风总体评价、职业道德素质、教风建设重点、教风建设措施等方面分析现阶段高职院校教风建设状况，指出加强高职院校教风建设的重要性，并从高职院校教风建设的体系构建、队伍建设、考核评价方式等方面提出加强高职院校教风建设的具体措施。
