| 摘 要： | 进入 2 1世纪 ,社会背景在发生一系列重大变化 ,因而要求本科人才素质也必须随之变化 ;文章提出了 2 1世纪社会本科人才的新素质体系 ;认为新素质体系具有一系列特点和优越性 ,是最适合 2 1世纪社会、科技、经济、教育以及人的个性发展的本科人才素质教育体系。
