通过抓好新生的入学教育,建立并实施本科专业责任教授制、专家听课制、新人校教师试讲制、优秀生选导师制、本科生学习小导师制等机制,开展广泛深入的调查研究,开展毕业生德育答辩,设立"SCEE"奖学金等激励机制,在学院范围内营造良好的教风、学风,形成全员育人的德育大环境,努力构建研究型人才的培养平台.

Through the entrance education of the freshmen,build and implement the mechanisms like undergraduate specialty-responsible professor system,experts lecture-attendance system,lecture trials of newly-come teachers,excellent student tutor-choosing system,undergraduate study's minor tutor system,etc,develop extensive and in-depth researches,carry through morality education debate for the graduates,setting up "SCEE" scholarship and other encouraging mechanisms,build good style of teaching and study in the scope of the school,and form the morality educational environment of all-inclusive education,and try to construct a cultivation platform for research-type talents.
