| 摘 要： | 农民工群体子女教育问题已引起政府的高度关注。通过对南京市19所农民工子弟学校及政府部门的调查,指出农民工子女教育存在的问题有职能缺位和管理失序。因此就改进农民工子女教育相关制度和政策提出了若干建议:改革户籍制度,平等配置公共教育资源,清理和修订涉及农民工子女上学的相关法规,理顺农民工子女教育管理监督体制等。

| Abstract: | Government's concern has been highly drawn to problems existing in the education of migrant workers' children,which are considered mainly as the imperfection of government functions and improper management known from the governmental investigations and the one conducted in 19 schools for this group of children in Nanjing.The paper then proposes suggestions on improving relevant system and policy: to reform household registration system,to distribute equally public educational resources,to revise the related laws and regulations and to improve watch-dog system. |
