Research on the Capability of Local Finance Support to Ensure Providing for the Aged in Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province, being a selected point to ensure proving for the aged for reform in the country, is now confronting increasingly magnifying crisis of balance of payments deficit. Final support form the fiscal organ is needed. This article, through analysis of the provincial plan for the aged and local financial situation and the future development, conducts research into the capacipity of financial support to the balance between supply and demand for the aged by mans of "unified accounts", thus putting forward the suggestion which will serve as policy, so as to push the work as a selected point to advance smoothly to ensure healthy and steady operation in Liaoning economy.
