新经济形势下成人教育中的人力资源管理

新经济给各行业带来了发展机遇,也带来了挑战。越来越多的企业将组织与管理作为获得竞争优势的来源而实践,尤其是人力资源管理,通过人力资源管理来创造竞争优势就成为竞争战略中的一个重要部分。本文从我国成人教育现状分析强调,在成人教育改革中,只有在进行调整合并的同时积极进行人力资源的改革,才能使成人教育能够更好的适应新经济的特点。

Human Resources Management of Adult Education under the Neo-Economy

Neo-economy provides challenges as well as opportunities of development for all walks of life. More and more enterprises view organization and management, especially human resources as the source of adventage in competitions. This paper analyses the present state of adult education in our country and holds that, in the reform of adult education, the reform of human resources must be taken into consideration in order to cater to the characteristics of the neo-economy.
