| 摘 要： | 沿海滩涂是重要的土地后备资源,滩涂资源合理利用是江苏沿海开发的战略重点之一。利用主成分分析法对南通滩涂开发动力机制进行分析,得出：（1）社会经济发展是滩涂开发利用的第一驱动力,其次为科技进步和政策驱动;（2）滩涂资源开发必须转变经济增长方式、推进产业化经营、创新开发机制、重视环境保护等可行性对策与建议,旨在为南通沿海滩涂的生态保护、资源利用和可持续发展提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | The tidal flat is an important untouched resources,and it is one of tactic keystones for Jiangsu coastal development.To utilize tidal flat reasonably,the paper analyzes coastal development on Nantong by quantitative analysis,and the following are the results：（1） Economic development is most important driving force;and other driving forces are science technology and policy factors;（2） Some countermeasures are suggested： to transform manners of economic development and to promote industrialization,to innovate exploitation mechanism and attach importance to eco-environment,and so on.The purpose is to provide suggestions for protecting ecology,utilizing resources,and realizing sustainable development of coastal wetland in Nantong. |
