| 摘 要： | 探讨了可持续发展的本质是人与自然共生系统进化的模式,主要取决于人类过去和现在的行为,认为技术经济系统也是不断进化中的共生系统。经济发展不仅是数量的增加和发展模式的进化,更重要的是来自系统内部自身创造性的一种变动。指出一个国家的经济发展走“可持续发展”之路,必须依赖于技术创新和制度创新。

| Abstract: | The essence of sustainable development is that the evolution mode of the accrete system of man and nature depends on man' s behaviour in the past and at present. The techno-economical system is also the accrete system in continuous evolution. Economic development is not only the expansion of amount and scale, but the more important is the variation of self-creativity inside the system itself. If a country plans to go on the way of sustainable development, it must rely on technical innovation and institutional innovation. |
