| 摘 要： | SARS疾病的突然爆发和流行 ,给中国经济带来巨大的冲击。当类似重大突发事件发生以后 ,也必然提出一些国民经济核算方面的新课题。本文从SARS事件所引起的核算新问题入手思考 ,再进一步探讨非市场教育服务核算方面的几个问题。 一、SARS对非市场服务核算提出的新问题 非市场服务主要包括教育、公共卫生、政府管理和社会团体服务等不直接通过市场获得收入的各种服务。SARS爆发以后 ,直接对医院、卫生防疫和管理机构 ,学校、公安、司法、部队、政府行为都造成了重大影响。不言而喻 ,其对公共服务的产出是有重大影响的 ,一些部门…

Some thoughts about the accounting of non-market education services |

| Abstract: | After the breakout of SARS disease, the Chinese Government has taken the strong measures to protect and treat the disease. This brings out some new questions of the national accounting. The paper focuses on the accounting of non-market services and discuss the existing accounting method of the non-market eductation service, and put forward the new idea of how to account the output of education sector.
