| 摘 要： | 关于道德评价的原则、机制和模式问题,人们一直以来存有较大的分歧。考察各种现存道德评价模式,吸取其合理因素、抛弃其不足之处并针对道德评价中存在的争执和困惑,重新分析道德评价中各要素的地位和作用,提出一种"动机、效果"综合考察加上"行为环境修正"和"评价主体修正"的道德评价模式,对道德行为进行定性与定量的评价。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the varied existing patterns of morality evaluation, the paper attempts to put forward a new formula of morality evaluation, which contains motives, consequences, environmental factors and the influence of the umpire ( the individual who does the evaluation) . According to the formula,most of the moral phenomena(especially those that are still in dispute and always bring us confusion) can be evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively,especially those that are still in dispute and always bring us confusion. |
