Consciousness of Life and Language: The Subjectivity in the Prose by Female Chinese Writers in the 1990's

The subjectivity of prose by the Chinese woman writers in the 1990s has become the focus of the ideological theory while the double awareness of life and language has become the starting point of female subjectivity.The female prose of the 1990s,based on the awareness both of life and its interrelation and of treasuring and respecting the life value,has,on the whole,not only shown the theoretical awareness of inter-subjectivity,but also shown that the Chinese women,at the turn of the century,are more independent and integrated with subjectivity.This is a big step forward over the past century for the Chinese female literature in its quest of "what is human" and "who I am".
