| 摘 要： | “股东财富最大化”是股份制企业财务管理目标的最佳选择,具体的实现指标是“权益资本增值率”。修正后的“权益资本增值率”既考虑了货币的时间价值,又注意了物价因素,剔除了非资本增值因素的干扰,能有效地衡量股份制企业资本保值增值情况,是一个比较理想的指标。

| Abstract: | "Maximum shareholders wealth" is the optimal selection of financial management target of stock enterprises.The implementation index is the "equity capital value increase ratio".In the revised "equity capital value increase ratio" the time value of currency is considered,and also attention is considered,and also attention is paid on price factors.By removing the interference of capital value increasing the capital value maintaining and increasing can be effectively measured for the stock enterprises,it is an ideal index. |
