试论虚假诉讼

随着经济社会的快速发展,人们法律意识的提高,民事诉讼已经成为维护合法权益和解决争议的重要手段之一。但近年来双方当事人借助诉讼这一合法形式谋取不正当利益的虚假诉讼现象也不断出现。虚假诉讼不仅严重侵害了利害关系人的合法权益,干扰了法院正常的司法秩序,浪费了宝贵的司法资源,更损害了司法权威和社会公平正义。本文就虚假诉讼的特点、危害、原因进行了探讨,并提出了完善的建议。
