Northwest Agricultural Loans from the National Government during the War of Resistance Against Japan

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the northwest provinces were being occupied one after another,under the great pressure of food shortage for people and soldiers,the National Government showed great concern on agricultural development,and contributed a lot,especially,in issuing agricultural loans and assisting agricultural production.The main policies included: emphasis on rural finance,establishment of agricultural loan policy and its network,and implementation of issuing loans.
