| 摘 要： | 受刘易斯·芒德福＂城市是文化的容器＂和马歇尔.麦克卢汉＂媒介即讯息＂的泛媒介观的灵感启发,把电影节视为一种具有巨大文化传播价值和强大产业经济功能的创意机制型媒介,并建设性地提出构建西安国际电影节的设想。然后从必要性和可能性方面对此设想进行论证,认为构建西安国际电影节不仅具有现实的可能性,而且对于西安乃至整个陕西文化产业的进一步振兴以及中国西部电影的再度复兴,都具有十分重要的意义。
