| 摘 要： | 历史文化遗产的保护和开发在认识上要处理好继承和利用的关系,深刻理解遗产保护的重要意义。在实践中,要把保护遗产的真实性和完整性放在首位,做到。有效保护”和“合理利用”并重;实施遗产的数字化战略,寻求遗产在当代的可持续发展;申报“世界遗产”,旨在提高遗产的保护意识;遗产保护和现代化建设同存共荣。

| Abstract: | In the protection and development of historical and cultural heritage, the correct attitude should be one that correctly handles the relation between protection and utilization so that historical and cultural heritage is efficiently protected and reasonably utilized. In practice, first priority should be given to the originality and completeness. Efforts should be made to declare for the world cultural heritage and a digitalizing strategy should be practiced so that cultural heritage protection can meet the need of modernization. |
