| 摘 要： | 机车是铁路运输企业十分重要的可移动运输资源，铁路可变成本的很大部分就是由机车运用产生的。鸟局通过推行精益生产制，调整机车空间布局，优化运行交路，改善生产流程，充分发挥了机车资源的规模经济和范围经济。结合始发直达列车开行、专用线和站场枢纽整合，机车运用数量和成本都得到了大幅度降低。

| Abstract: | Locomotive is one of the important movable transportation resources in railway enterprise, which contributes a lot to the variable cost of railway transportation operations. Urumqi Railway Bureau carries out lean production, adjusts locomotive spatial layout, optimizes operation routes and improves BPR so as to bring economy of scale and scope of locomotives into full play. Combined with the organization of nonstop cargo train, leased line and station binge, the quantity and cost of locomotive are both reduced dramatically. |
