| 摘 要： | 作者在对当前东盟的科技发展水平进行深入分析的基础上,对云南省与东盟各国科技发展的优劣势进行了比较,认为双方之间在科技方面具有很强的互补性,发展科技合作可以实现双赢。作者最后提出了一些可以作为云南省与东盟国家开展科技合作切入点的领域,以供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the thorough analysis of the current scientific-technological development of ASEAN ,the author compares the advantages and disadvantages in scientific-technological development of Yunnan province with that of ASEAN member countries, considering the two sides are highly complementary to each other and the development in mutual scientific -technological cooperation can produce benefits for both sides. In the end, the author puts forward some fields for reference that can initiate scientific-technological cooperation between Yunnan province and countries of ASEAN. |
