经济全球化与现代资本主义

经济全球化是在生产高度社会化基础上各国经济一体化的过程。其实质是资本主义关系的全球化。经济全球化无疑有助于扩大信息交流和推动科技进步,有助于全球财富的增加,但同时也进一步扩大了各国经济发展的不平衡,拉大了国家之间的贫富差距,这在客观上增大了国家间和区域集团间发生矛盾和冲突的可能性。现阶段,健全、有效的国际经济调节机制还没有形成,一旦全球资本主义经济的某个环节发生断裂,整个全球经济都会因此陷入空前的危机之中。经济全球化使资本主义面临前所未有的严峻挑战。

The Globalization of Economy and Modern Capitalism

The Globalization of economy is the process of economic integration of the countries over the world based on highly socialized production. It is essentially the globalization of capitalism. No doubt the economic globalization will be helpful for expanding the exchange of information, promoting the progress of science and technology , and increasing the world wealth. But at the same time it will aggravate the disequilibrium of development of the world economy extending the disparity between the poor and the rich countries, with it the accretion of possibility would yield to contradictions and conflicts among nations and regional groups. Now, as a perfect and effective working system is still in want for the adjustment of international economy, and in the event of an occurrence of cleavage in the globalized capitalist economic system, in which the economy over the world is in an unprecedented danger and the globalization of economy raises an unparalleled severe challenge the capitalism has to meet.
