加入WTO对我国畜牧业发展的影响

草原畜牧业既是我国少数民族地区的传统产业和基础产业 ,又是优势产业和支柱产业。加入 WTO后 ,短期内不可避免地会带来“阵痛”,产生较大的冲击和压力 ,但从总体上来看 ,入世必将会进一步推动畜牧业的深化改革 ,加快畜牧业经济增长方式的转变。只要应对得当 ,趋利避害 ,主动权掌握在自己手里 ,变压力为动力是完全可能的。

The Influence of Entering WTO on Animal Husbandry of China

Animal industry is the traditional and fundamental industry, as well as the superior and mainstay industry in minority nationalities regions. During a short period of time, entering WTO will inevitably cause "birth pangs" to the animal industry and it will have great impact and put much pressure on, even do fatal damage to some autonomous minority nationality areas. However, on the whole, entering WTO will certainly push the animal husbandry forward; accelerate the growth of the animal husbandry as long as we take appropriate measures.
