| 摘 要： | 担任班干部可以锻炼学生的合作、组织、管理、表达、表现等诸多复合能力,还能培养学生的责任意识、促进学生的自我教育。班干部建制选拔式的几种形式都弊端严重,“终身制”既不利于班干学生的成长,更不利于多数非班干学生的成长,“官本位”的观念还会毒化孩子的心灵。轮流式由于其公正性、普任性、使全体学生都能体验平等、经验、责任,是班干部建制与素质教育的最佳结合点。

| Abstract: | Being a class leader can train the student's abilities in cooperation,organization,management,expression and social work,enhance his responsibility awareness,and promote his self-education.But some of the forms in the class leader system,such as "life-long tenure",have quite a few drawbacks.The form of rotation is fair,and enables every student to be a class leader,thus feeling equality,experience and responsibility.So it is the best integration point of the class leader system and quality education. |
