Based on the man-oriented nature and the concept of practice stressed in Karl Marx's Theses on Feuerbach,the paper attempts to present the definition that culture originating from practice refers to the relatively stable spiritual content of intension in things concerning practice.It also analyses how Karl Marx understood globalization,and holds that convergence and mergence are the cultural features in the contemporary globalization times.
