从“一稿多投”反思学术期刊的编辑流程

目前,学术期刊作者一稿多投现象非常普遍,业界多是持批评态度,认为作者缺乏学术道德,违法悖德,但是此类现象却层出不穷。本文从学术期刊的作者群入手,对作者的投稿原因进行了剖析,对目前的学术期刊编辑流程进行了反思。

Reflact Editing Process of Learned Periodical from the Phenomenon One Paper Submitted to Several Journals

At present,the phenomenon is common that learned periodical author submittes one paper to several journals.People in learned periodical circl mostly hold the criticism attitude,thinking that the author is short of learning morality and breaks the law.However there are still much similar phenomenon existing.The article starts from the learned periodical author group,analyzes author's contribution,and reflacts the editing process of learned periodical.
