| 摘 要： | 20世纪下半叶以来,传播技术与新自由主义的市场原则和全球化汇成一股潮流,导致了全球性媒体的出现。全球性媒体所具有的彻底商业化、非管理化与高度垄断等特点破坏了公共领域赖以存在的公共性原则,使全球的公共领域面临巨大冲击和影响。本文的目的正是想探讨全球性媒体对公共领域的具体冲击与影响并寻求解决之道。
