政产学研联合培养研究生模式中权变理论的应用

政产学研联合培养研究生是提升研究生创新水平和实践能力，提升高层次人才综合素质和培育质量的重要途径。根据权变理论，我们针对我国政产学研联合培养研究生的现状，对联合培养研究生的5种模式进行了比较研究，指出了影响政产学研联合培养研究生的权变因素，建立了权变模型，分析了存在的主要问题，提出了优化思路。政产学研联合培养研究生模式的探索和实践对推动政产学研合作在研究生教育层面上向纵深发展，更好地发挥研究生教育在国家创新体系中的作用有着重要的意义。

The Application of Contingency Theory in the Collaborative Education of Graduate Students among Government,Business,University and Institute
