| 摘 要： | 以青岛市85家重点企业为研究对象,对其专利构成情况和分布格局、专利实施状况等进行分析,青岛市企业专利"企业为主体,转化为目的"的特色突出,"专利与品牌相互促进"的成效显著,"大企业带动型"的优势明显,同时青岛市企业专利研发经费投入强度较高,但企业的专利意识和维权意识还有待加强。

| Abstract: | This paper uses Qingdao 85 important corporations as object,analyses the composing and the distributing of patent,the situation of how the 85 important corporations carried their patents into execution,and so on.Based on the analysis,it resumptively analyses the patent character of Qingdao corporations,such as the obvious characteristics of with enterprise as the main body,transformation as the object,the outstanding achievement from mutual promotion of inventions and patents,and the remarkable advantage of large-scale enterprise driving.Further more,aimming at the existent problems,it makes corresponging countermeasure. |
