消费调控回顾与展望

90年代以来，我国的消费调控由紧缩性到中性再转变为当前的扩张性，对促进经济持续、稳定增长起到了重要作用。鉴于当前消费还没有快速增长，通货紧缩没有完全消失，阻碍消费增长的因素依然存在，扩张性消费调控必须持续下去。为了有效发挥消费调控作用，还应该选择合适的政策措施。

Retrospection and Forecast on Consumption Regulation

Since 1990S' consumption regulation in China has undergone three stages of changes from retrenchment to neutrality, then to expansion. And the changes have greatly promoted stable and sustained economy growth. Since sum of consumption goes up slowly, deflation doesn’t still vanish and factors which impede consumption demand still exist. Expansive consumption regulation must be carried on. And proper political measures must be chosen to put consumption regulation into full use.
