| Abstract: | It is an important mission for China to make overall planning of the coordinated development of the urban and rural areas and to change the dichotomous urban-rural structure existing in the country gradually if the scientific outlook on development is to be established and a harmonious socialist society is to be constructed.It is a difficult institutional issue.Only by solving this issue,can overall planning and co-development of both urban and rural areas be realized. |
