| Abstract: | Tenure is a characteristic of teacher appointment at universities in USA and has advantages and disadvantages. Universities in USA advocate and carry out post-tenure review in order to reinforce the advantages and control the disa dvantages of tenure. We can gain some enlightenment on college teacher appointme nt and review from the practices in USA. |
